Q. How do I enroll in online banking?

The homepage and click on ENROLL, in the ONLINE BANKING box. This will begin your short process to online banking.


Q. How long does it take to get online after I sign up?

After enrollment it can take up to 48 hours to be updated and ready to login.


Q. Is Bill Pay a free service as well?
A.
Yes, the Bill Pay option of our online banking is free.


Q. How can I be sure my online banking is secure?
A.
Our online banking system is monitored by Fidelity.


Q. Who can I contact directly for assistance with my account?
A.
The number to our Main office is 931-503-8282. One of our friendly tellers can direct you to an IT person for help.

Q. How hard is it to switch my account?

A. Switching your account can be relatively easy. For most, changing the bills over is the hardest part. Luckily, most companies can make the change easily with a phone call, and maybe a copy of a voided check.

Which of your branches are open Saturday…..their hours?

A. We have 3 branches open for your convenience on Saturdays. Wilma Rudolph and Madison Street by the old hospital, open 8:30am-12:30am, both have drive thrus open for business. Our Hilltop Grocery store branch is happy to help you inside from 9:00am-12:30am

What would I have to do to start a savings account for my child? Children, like adults, need 2 forms of identification to be a customer.

A. A Social Security Card and Birth Certificate serve as the best example for these 2 forms.

Does your bank have a cutoff time for deposits?

A. Cumberland Bank and Trust does not have a deposit cutoff time separate from our normal closing time. We are happy to take deposits for the day, all day.

What would I need to do to apply for a loan?

A. Head in to any of our branches and see a friendly, knowledgeable loan officer

Is your bank still participating in the FDIC’s 250,000 Insurance option?

A. Yes, a Cumberland Bank and Trust customers’ money is insured for up to $250,000 by the FDIC.
